First Days at Home

Our first days at home with you were a little bit crazy. There was so much snow and the car wouldn't start so it made it difficult to get some of the things we needed. Dad had to walk through several feet of snow practically every day to go to the store and buy something for us. Lucky for us, Dad's classes were canceled because of the snow so he was around to help out.

What surprised us the most was how alert you were. We expected you to wake up to eat and then fall back asleep immediately. However, you would spend long periods of time looking around and drinking in the world.



You and I got the hang of breast feeding really quickly. You have a powerful suck and eat quickly. I love to watch your little face as you eat. You're absolutely adorable!
