Since I was still recovering from you being born and you were still so little (it was cold outside and still flu season) we mostly stayed in the house playing with you.

I gave you a sponge bath using your bathtub for the first time. Since I had never used it before I didn't lock it in place correctly. Water spilled out all over the carpet. Gramma and Grampa thought that was so funny.

We did go out a few times so Gramma and Grampa could see some of the DC sights. We drove around the monuments and visited a couple of museums.

We also went to the Washington, DC temple. Here are pictures of us in the visitor's center. You can see the temple in the background.


You were not so happy when they went home to Colorado. You had gotten used to being held all of the time and wanted more of that. Hopefully they'll be able to come visit you again soon!
