One day while I was working you got to go to the Arboretum with Christen and Henry. Christen said you had a lot of fun climbing on the tree stumps and being with friends.

Preschool at the Zoo
We went on a fun trip to the zoo with our preschool group. You LOVED the zebras the most and the whole trip you kept begging to go back to see them.

Climbing on the bear statue.
Checking out the elephant. You thought this was pretty cool too.

Georgetown
Today we went on last minute trip down to Georgetown with Christen and Henry. We walked along the main street in Georgetown.
And then we stopped and got a cupcake at Georgetown Cupcake.
Then we walked down to the waterfront and ate the cupcake there. We got a Lemon Berry cupcake.
You loved the candy on top and the pink frosting, but refused to eat any of the cake (you still won't eat any cake or bread). You kept saying "want more pink, please!"
We let you guys run around by the water for awhile. Christen, Henry and I walked a lot faster than you. Every now and then we'd turn around and say "come on, Paige!" and Henry would yell "Paige!" When you caught up to us, you kept turning around and yelling "Paige!" just like Henry did. It was pretty funny.
We went down and sat right by the water and saw some ducks. They got so close to us! You and Henry were pretty skeptical of the "birdies".
You thought they were pretty cool, but did not want to get anywhere near them. One of the ducks pooped on the sidewalk and you and Henry thought that was pretty hilarious. You just kept laughing and laughing at it.

Dancing Duck
This Easter season the grocery store was selling this silly duck that sings about the Easter Bunny come. You loved watching that duck sing and dance. As we were leaving the store you always wanted to stop and watch him sing and dance a couple of times.

Shenandoah National Park
We took one day during Spring Break and went to Shenandoah National Park. We really wanted
to camp (in fact we packed up the car with all our camping gear...) but
it turned out that the campsites weren't open. So we didn't camp
(you were kind of confused. We told you we were going camping, so
when we got out of the car and were walking the park you kept asking "I
camping?"). But we did hike (even though it was pretty windy and cold),
drive through the park (which was delightful crowd free) and have a
nice picnic lunch.
On the way:
I love the hands buried in your pockets:
Ready to hike:
It was really cold:
